• I request the transfer of the VPO Homes warranty into my name.

• I understand coverage terms, claims procedures, and homeowner responsibilities as provided.

Owner Responsibilities
I agree to:

• Maintain the home in a reasonable manner.

• Submit claims through the VPO Homes claims portal. (http://vpoclaims.com/) Claims to include inspection report, Verification Document and Estimates/Invoices for work.

Coverage exclusions, limitations, and terms are defined at www.vpohomes.com/warranties. VPO Homes is not responsible for damages caused by neglect, misuse, acts of god or non-covered items.
